Ask us to delete your data.
You can ask Redstripes Media Ltd to delete personal information we hold about you. This page is the instruction we give to you, and to Facebook, for that request.
How to ask
Email martin.cotter@hotmail.co.uk with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
Please include:
- Your name
- The email address you used when you contacted us, or when you used Facebook
- What you want deleted. For example a brief, an enquiry, or data received from Facebook

What we will do
We will confirm we have the request, then delete or anonymise the personal information we hold, unless the law says we must keep it. We aim to do this within one month. If a request is complicated we will tell you, and it will not take longer than three months.
A finished brief from the chat on this website is emailed to us. It is not kept as an account on the site. Deleting it means deleting that email and any copy we made for the work.
If you remove Redstripes from your Facebook settings, you can still use the email above and we will delete what we received from Facebook about you. Removing the app in Facebook does not, by itself, reach our inbox.
